East Kidwai Nagar Phase 2 Commercial

East Kidwai Nagar was the first of the large government colony redevelopments in south Delhi, carried out by NBCC with new high-rise government flats and a commercial component. The Phase 2 commercial part is an office complex of four towers, registered with Delhi RERA in 2026 as DLRERA2026P0001. The record describes the site as about 37,100 sq m of leasehold land, bounded by a flyover and drain to the north, Ring Road to the south, Delhi Haat and Aurobindo Marg to the west and South Extension Part I and Kotla village to the east. It lists a construction cost of about Rs 850 crore, a start in December 2014 and completion in August 2018, and shows the project as fully built. The late registration suggests NBCC plans to sell or lease space here, and the record points to NBCC's property sales page, but we did not see an auction notice or prices. The location is strong for offices, with INA and AIIMS metro stations, Ring Road and South Extension nearby. Ask NBCC for current availability, tenure terms and maintenance charges.
