About Emaar Amaris
Emaar Amaris is a group housing project by Emaar India in Sector 62, where the developer already has Digihomes and Urban Oasis. HRERA Gurugram registered it on 14 November 2024 under GGM/885/617/2024/112. Architecture firm Morphogenesis describes Amaris as the second phase of a larger development, with four residential towers and a long linear club wrapped around a central landscaped space. The mix covers 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments; carpet sizes listed on portals run from about 1,050 to 2,130 sq ft, which makes it one of the more accessible Emaar offers on the corridor in size terms. Prices quoted by portals start at around Rs 3.1 crore and run to about Rs 5.5 crore. About Emaar India
The name on this page refers to Emaar India Limited, which operated as Emaar MGF Land Limited before the rebranding. It was incorporated in February 2005 as a joint venture between Dubai-based Emaar Properties PJSC and MGF Developments. The partners decided to end the venture in April 2016, and an NCLT-approved demerger followed. Emaar India is now described as a wholly owned subsidiary of Emaar Properties.
