Emaar The Palm Square

The Palm Square is a completed office and retail complex by Emaar India (formerly Emaar MGF) in Sector 66 on Golf Course Extension Road. Built on about 3.5 acres at the gateway to Emaar's Palm Drive residential community, it combines corporate office floors with a two-level retail arcade, and office and shop users have separate entrances. Emaar received the occupancy certificate around the end of 2014 and began handovers from January 2015, so this is one of the older commercial assets on the corridor. The developer now lists it as sold out, which means purchases happen through resale, with office units of roughly 1,000 sq ft and up appearing on portals. Building services include central air conditioning, full power back-up and high-speed lifts. An HRERA complaint from 2022 shows that at least some buyers disputed possession terms, so purchasers of a resale unit should check the conveyance status and any pending claims. Its position next to large housing projects gives the retail a steady local catchment.
