Experion Cascades

Experion Cascades is the name under which brokers are marketing Experion Developers' planned housing project in Sector 88A, New Gurgaon, near the Dwarka Expressway. The land side is confirmed: in July 2024 Experion said it had bought a 7.81-acre parcel in Sector 88A for about Rs 400 crore, with roughly 3 million sq ft of built-up area planned and a projected revenue of about Rs 3,700 crore. Everything else comes from broker and pre-launch pages. They describe towers of up to 40 floors with large 3 BHK, 3 BHK plus servant room and 4 BHK homes, super areas of roughly 2,000 to 3,200 sq ft and indicative prices starting around Rs 3 crore, but they disagree on the number of towers and on prices, and a page updated in October 2026 says no HRERA registration exists yet. Experion is a subsidiary of Singapore-based Experion Holdings and has delivered Windchants in Sector 112. Under RERA a project cannot be advertised or booked before registration, so buyers should not pay any expression-of-interest amount until the HRERA certificate and the official price list are out.
