Flora Avenue 88A

Flora Avenue 88A is a Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY) plotted colony in Sector 88A, New Gurgaon, promoted by GCC Infra. HRERA records describe a licensed area of about 10.6 acres with 182 residential plots and one commercial plot. The residential colony was first registered in October 2022 as registration 96 of 2022, and a January 2023 certificate, registration 18 of 2023, replaced it.
