Homes are 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments, with a published size range of roughly 1,090 to 2,140 sq ft; individual resale listings quote built-up areas from about 1,170 sq ft for a 2 BHK to around 2,000 sq ft for larger 3 BHK units. One portal describes the society as 11 blocks with more than 700 homes, but tower count, unit count, land area and handover year are not confirmed by a second source, so they are left blank here. A separate land figure of about 28 acres on another portal also could not be checked. The society was finished before UP RERA came into force, so there is no RERA registration to look up. Buyers should confirm the flat's size and title from the sale deed and check dues with the RWA.
