Property portals describe the flats as about 2,200 to 3,100 sq ft and put prices at roughly Rs 13.9 to 19.5 crore, which makes this one of the costliest new projects in the city on a per sq ft basis. The appeal is the address: private new-build flats in the Lutyens and Connaught Place area are extremely rare, and the site is a short walk from Rajiv Chowk metro. Because the registered end date has passed, ask the developer whether the occupancy certificate has been issued and whether any RERA extension was taken. Also confirm the actual carpet area of the flat you are offered, since portal figures are usually based on super area.
