Godrej Riverine

Godrej Riverine is a luxury residential project by Godrej Properties in Sector 44, Noida, on group housing plot GH-D-04/A of about 6.46 acres. It was launched in March 2025, and the company reported bookings of more than 275 homes worth over Rs 2,000 crore at launch, its third Noida project in a row to cross that mark after Tropical Isle and Jardinia. The plan has four residential towers named Stream, Cascade, Spring and Brook, plus a small retail block. The landscape design takes a river as its theme, with water features and pool-facing homes. Homes are large 4 BHK apartments with an extra study or staff room; RERA lists 416 homes with carpet areas from about 1,139 to 2,331 sq ft, and portals quote super areas of roughly 4,200 sq ft. The developer's pages give possession in September 2029, the same month as the RERA declared completion date, though one landing page says January 2030. Godrej has published different starting prices on different pages, from about Rs 8.95 crore to about Rs 10.25 crore, so buyers should ask for a written price sheet and confirm the tower and floor before booking.
