Godrej Woods

Godrej Woods is a large residential community by Godrej Properties on group housing plot GH-01A in Sector 43, central Noida. The land parcel is about 11 acres and is planned around a small urban forest of roughly one acre, which gives the project its name and much of its marketing pitch. UP RERA has three registrations for the scheme. Phase 1 covers the Indica, Cassia and Rosea towers with 2 and 3 BHK homes. Phase II adds five more towers with 2, 3 and 4 BHK units plus a small block of shops. Phase 3 has two towers, Regia and Plumeria, with larger homes that the developer now sells as 4 and 5 BHK residences. In December 2025 Godrej Properties said it had handed over about 550 homes here, so the early towers are occupied while the later phases are still being built. Sector 43 sits close to the Noida Golf Course, the Botanical Garden metro interchange and the DND Flyway, which keeps the trip to South Delhi short. Prices on portals vary widely by tower and size and the builder does not publish a rate card, so buyers should ask for a current quote, check the tower-wise RERA dates and confirm which phase a unit belongs to before booking.
