GYGY FiveO

FiveO is a compact retail and food destination by the GYGY group on plot F-1B in Sector 50, Noida, registered with UP RERA by GYGY Developers Private Limited. The plot is only about 3,000 sq m, around 0.74 acres, so the project is a neighbourhood centre rather than a mall. Listing floor plans show a hypermarket at lower ground level, shops on the ground and first floors, a food court on the second floor and dining spaces above. RERA carpet areas for shops range from about 119 to 1,645 sq ft, and portal plans describe small shops of 100 to 300 sq ft alongside larger anchor spaces. Sector 50 is a mature residential sector with high household incomes, which is the main draw for a daily needs and dining format. The registration was approved in November 2024 and declares completion by 29 August 2029. Brokers advertise assured monthly returns on some units; these are sales claims, and buyers should read the agreement and check the developer's payment and lease terms.
