Hero The Ark

The Ark is a small affordable plotted colony under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana by Hero Realty Pvt Ltd, the property arm of the Hero group. HRERA Gurugram records show registration 70 of 2023 dated 7 June 2023 for a site of about 5 acres in Sector 85, Gurugram, laid out as 77 residential plots and one commercial block. The licence, 193 of 2022, is valid until 23 November 2027, and DTCP approved a change of developer in favour of Hero Realty in April 2023. A listing site calls the project 'Hero The Ark, Sector 95' and gives a possession date of November 2027, but the sector does not match the RERA record, so buyers should check the site address in the allotment papers. With so few plots, this is a quiet, low-density pocket compared with the large DDJAY colonies nearby. Hero Realty has not published plot sizes or prices, so any offer should be checked against the approved layout and a dated price list.
