Imperia Mindspace

Imperia Mindspace is an IT park office development by Imperia Structures in Sector 62, first marketed under the name Imperia Byron. HRERA Gurugram orders describe it as an IT park colony of about 8.36 acres on a DTCP licence from 2010, registered under RERA as 240 of 2017 on 25 September 2017, and they record an occupation certificate dated 2 June 2020. The project has a significant dispute history: a number of buyers filed complaints between 2018 and 2023 about delayed possession, offers of possession made for fit-out before the OC, and unpaid assured-return or lease-rental commitments on smaller office units. These are individual cases, but together they suggest that anyone buying a unit here should confirm the conveyance status, the actual lease in place and whether the seller has any pending claim against the developer. The location in Sector 62, next to other office blocks such as AIPL Business Club and JMD Empire, gives reasonable leasing demand. Current prices and vacancy are not published in reliable sources.
