iThums 62

iThums 62 is a commercial development in Sector 62, Noida, marketed by the iThum World brand as an IT and ITeS hub that combines office floors with retail and restaurant space. The project was first registered with UP RERA under the name Bizlife and now appears as i-thum's 62 in the registry, with HSL Software Private Limited recorded as promoter. RERA data show a site of roughly 20,000 sq m (about 4.94 acres), five blocks labelled D to H and 1,813 registered units whose carpet areas run from very small kiosks of about 11 sq ft to large floor plates of about 2,517 sq ft. The registration dates from July 2017 and the declared completion date is 31 December 2028, so the project is still treated as under construction. Some offices in the wider iThum complex are already listed for rent on portals, which suggests parts of the campus are in use, but buyers should confirm which blocks are complete. Sector 62 is one of the older office districts of Noida, with institutes, IT companies and metro access on the Blue Line extension nearby.
