About Max One
Max One is the new name for the long-stalled Delhi One development in Sector 16B, Noida, close to the Delhi border and beside the Max Towers office building. Max Estates took over the original promoter, Boulevard Projects, through an insolvency resolution plan that cleared the NCLT in 2023 and the NCLAT in 2024, and in March 2026 announced that the project had UP RERA registration UPRERAPRJ9759 and that construction would begin shortly. The plan is a campus of about 10 acres with around 2.5 million sq ft of built space that combines serviced residences sold by invitation, premium offices, curated shops and restaurants, and a private club. The developer pitches it as a walkable, green district where people can live and work in one place, and it has said the scheme could generate sales of about Rs 2,000 crore along with rental income from the commercial parts. Buyers who booked in the old Delhi One project are being settled under the resolution plan. Unit sizes, prices, tower count and a delivery date have not been published, so anyone interested should ask the developer for the RERA-registered plans and the payment terms before committing.

Its registered office is in Punjab, and its corporate office is at Max Towers, Sector 16B, Noida. Wikipedia lists the company as formerly Max Ventures and Industries Limited, headquartered in Noida. An NCLT order of July 2023 sanctioned a merger of Max Ventures and Industries into Max Estates, and the company listed on the stock exchanges on 30 October 2023. This was a corporate amalgamation scheme, not an insolvency. Residential projects sit in separate legal entities. Estate 128, for example, is developed under Max Estates 128 Pvt Ltd.
