Maxheights Metroview

Metroview is a ready residential project by Maxheights at Kundli, on the southern Sonipat stretch of NH-44. Square Yards lists 2 BHK units of about 1,150 sq ft, 3 BHK of about 1,425 to 1,710 sq ft and 4 BHK of about 2,190 sq ft, and tags the project ready to move. Commonfloor lists it as a completed apartment project by Maxheights Township and Projects, and Gharpe gives about 720 units. The project name refers to the planned extension of the Delhi Metro towards Kundli, but no metro station has opened at Kundli yet, so connectivity claims should be checked against current plans. We did not find a RERA registration for Metroview, unlike Maxheights Dream Homes in Sector 61, which is registered. We found no RERA registration for this project, which appears to predate RERA. Resale buyers should check the occupation certificate, conveyance deed, maintenance agency and any dues before buying.
