NBCC Avenue Towers

Avenue Towers is a rare private-sale housing project inside NBCC's redevelopment of the Sarojini Nagar government colony, close to the Diplomatic Enclave in Chanakyapuri. The project has 262 four-bedroom apartments spread over nine ten-storey towers, with two or three flats per floor linked by skywalks. According to Business Today, the flats come in three layouts of about 4,200, 4,300 and 4,700 sq ft of saleable area, with carpet areas of roughly 2,518 to 2,598 sq ft, and each gets three parking spaces. The brochure lists a 50,000 sq ft clubhouse, sky gardens, an open-air gym, yoga deck and pet park. NBCC put the flats up for e-auction in July 2026 with a starting price of over Rs 15 crore each; earnest money was due by 30 July and bidding took place on 31 July. The sale was expected to raise about Rs 4,400 crore for the redevelopment of Sarojini Nagar, Netaji Nagar, Sriniwaspuri and Kasturba Nagar. The report says the project is RERA registered and due for completion in about two years, but we did not see the registration number. Ask NBCC for the RERA number and the auction results.
