Downtown is NBCC's retail and commercial complex at Sarojini Nagar, built near the metro station and next to the busy Sarojini Nagar market as part of the redevelopment of the government colony there. The Delhi RERA registration, DLRERA2022P0011, covers a site of about 8,790 sq m with 653 shop and office units and 742 covered parking spaces, with a start date of July 2021 and an end date of July 2025. Like the World Trade Centre at Nauroji Nagar, the space was sold on a freehold basis through open e-auctions, and the proceeds go toward building new government flats in the colony. In August 2024 NBCC announced that the retail and commercial space at Downtown had been fully sold, alongside the office sell-out at WTC. The location is one of south Delhi's strongest retail catchments, with heavy footfall from the market and the Pink Line metro. Anyone looking for a shop or office here now has to buy or lease from an existing owner.
