NBCC Local Shopping Centre Sarojini Nagar

NBCC is building a local shopping centre on Raj Mata Scindia Marg in Sarojini Nagar as another commercial piece of the colony's redevelopment. The Delhi RERA registration, DLRERA2026P0006, was approved in October 2024 and lists a freehold site of about 6,860 sq m, a covered area of about 4,020 sq m, 283 covered parking spaces and an end date of 30 October 2026, with construction shown as in progress. The record describes the location as close to the World Trade Centre at Nauroji Nagar, Bhikaji Cama Place and the Hyatt hotel, so the centre will serve both the new government housing around it and the office crowd nearby. We did not find the number of shops, unit sizes or a sale notice for this centre. NBCC has so far sold commercial space in its Delhi redevelopment projects through open e-auctions on a freehold basis, and it may do the same here, but that has not been announced in the sources we saw. Retailers interested in a unit should watch NBCC's property sales page and auction notices, and should confirm the actual completion date, since the registered end date is close.
