About NeoLiv Golf One
NeoLiv Golf One is a plotted residential township by NeoLiv in Sectors 98 and 99A of Greater Faridabad. The Haryana RERA portal lists it as HRERA-PKL-FBD-889-2026, promoted by Northark Infrastructure LLP, with approval dated 20 April 2026. NeoLiv announced in 2025 that it would build a township of about 62 acres here with a gross development value of around Rs 2,300 crore, mostly plots and villas. The Golf One phase covers roughly 47 acres, according to a May 2026 report in The Realty Today, which said plots of 181 to 388 square yards were sold at about Rs 2 lakh per square yard and that bookings worth about Rs 1,251 crore were taken within six hours of launch. Those sales figures come from the developer and were not independently verified. Square Yards lists 507 units on 46 acres with possession from March 2031. Buyers should read the RERA certificate for the completion date and the approved layout for plot dimensions.
