Nikunj City is a new residential project by SVSJ Buildprop LLP at Village Devru, Sector 91, Sonipat. HRERA Panchkula received the application on 10 March 2026 and approved registration HRERA-PKL-SNP-892-2026 on 23 April 2026, with the certificate uploaded and no further hearing listed. Sector 91 has quickly become a cluster of new colonies: One Prastha's Elite Residences was approved in November 2025 and The Elite Address in May 2026, both in the same village. The sources reviewed did not publish Nikunj City's site area, product type, plot sizes, prices or completion date, and the record is classed as plots in line with its neighbours, which should be confirmed. The Devru area also hosts industrial township registrations, so buyers should look at the surrounding land use on the master plan as well as the project itself. Buyers should read the Form A-H details on the HRERA portal, confirm the licence and approved layout, check the completion date and designated bank account, and get the price list and payment plan in writing before booking.
