Orris Market 89 is the retail and studio-apartment complex that Orris Infrastructure registered with HARERA Gurugram under the name Market City in December 2018. It sits in Sector 89 of New Gurgaon, in the revenue estate of village Hayatpur, on a 3.86-acre parcel carved out of a larger licensed colony of about 101 acres. The registration certificate describes four blocks holding 658 shops and 158 serviced apartments, which makes it one of the larger neighbourhood shopping destinations planned for the sectors around Pataudi Road.

The developer markets the complex as a high-street format with a hypermart, a food court with cafe and brewery formats, an entertainment and gaming zone, showroom spaces and banks, along with a block of serviced studio units. Orris now lists the project under 'Possession Started', and the registration was extended in 2022 (reference 38/2022/02). Buyers and investors should check the current occupancy level, the lease status of anchor stores and the maintenance terms before buying a resale unit, since leasing depth decides rental returns in a large mall-style project.
