Pyramid Urban 67A

Pyramid Urban 67A is an affordable housing colony developed by Pyramid Infratech in Sector 67A, Gurugram, under the Haryana Affordable Housing Policy. The site measures about 9.83 acres and is held under DTCP licence 10 of 2016, and HRERA Gurugram registered it as 'Urban 67-A' under registration 350 of 2017. Listings describe around 12 towers of mixed heights with about 1,330 two-bedroom flats, which were allotted by draw at policy-fixed rates. Government memos show that Pyramid applied for a completion certificate in June 2022, that GMDA checked the public health services in October 2022, and that a later request covered towers 11 and 12 and the commercial block. This points to a largely finished project, but at least one HRERA order records an allottee for whom the occupation certificate was still pending at the time. The location is close to the Southern Peripheral Road and Sohna Road, with Badshahpur market nearby. Resale buyers should check the lock-in rules of the affordable housing policy, the tower-wise occupation certificate and society handover before purchase.
