Raheja Mall is an operational shopping and office complex on Sohna Road in Sector 47, Gurugram, developed by Raheja Developers. It is spread over about 3.4 acres and has around 404 retail units across a ground plus four level building, along with office space and a food court. The developer's own office address is in the mall, which reflects its long association with the property. Like many Sohna Road malls built in the 2000s, it serves mainly the surrounding neighbourhoods of Sectors 46 to 49 rather than the whole city, and its tenant mix has shifted as newer high streets have opened along the Southern Peripheral Road. Units are strata-owned, so investors buy individual shops or offices and lease them. The building predates RERA, and no registration is listed. Anyone buying here should study the actual rent and vacancy for the specific floor, as upper-level shops in older malls can see lower footfall, and should check maintenance arrears and title.
