Roots Courtyard 2

Roots Courtyard 2 is an affordable residential plotted colony under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana by Roots Developers Pvt Ltd in Sector 95A, New Gurgaon. HRERA Gurugram registered it as GGM/770/502/2023/114 on 11 December 2023, and the portal shows the certificate as approved. The registration covers about 12.45 acres, and the licence is valid to 16 March 2028. Listing sites describe about 198 plots of roughly 140 to 179 sq yd, with prices around Rs 2.6 crore to Rs 3.1 crore, and a possession target of March 2028. One JLL page mentions apartment options and a much higher plot price, which does not match the plotted-colony registration, so it is best ignored. Roots Developers has announced further investment in Gurugram, and this is a follow-on to its first Courtyard project. DDJAY plots like these let owners build low-rise floors, so buyers should check the permitted coverage, the stilt and floor rules, and the progress of roads and services in the colony.
