Salcon Rasvilas Phase 2

Salcon Rasvilas Phase 2 is a commercial office project at D-1, District Centre Saket, in south Delhi, registered with Delhi RERA as DLRERA2023P0013 by Laxmi Buildtech Private Limited, a Salcon group company. The registration was approved on 16 January 2023 and gives a completion date of 28 December 2027. According to the RERA record, the phase consists of 25 office spaces spread over the sixth, seventh and eighth floors, eight or nine per floor, on a freehold plot of about 2,500 sq m, and the record shows construction as not yet complete. The existing Salcon Rasvilas building on this plot is an established Grade A office block, finished around 2007, with occupiers such as coworking operators and managed-office firms, so Phase 2 appears to add upper office floors to it. Unit sizes and prices for the new floors have not been published, and the RERA record lists no parking for the phase. Saket District Centre is one of Delhi's busiest business and retail hubs, next to Select Citywalk and DLF Avenue and about a kilometre from Malviya Nagar metro. Buyers should ask the developer for the sanctioned plan, unit areas, parking rights and payment schedule, and track the quarterly RERA updates.
