Sawasdee NSP is a commercial tower by Panch Tatva Promoters, marketed under the Sawasdee name, on Plot G-1 at the District Centre, Netaji Subhash Place. The company bought the 3,612 sq m plot from DDA at auction, and the project is registered with Delhi RERA as DLRERA2022P0014, approved in May 2022, with an end date of November 2026. The record describes two basements with mechanised car parking, a ground floor and 18 upper floors, with shops on the ground and first floors, a service floor on the third, and other commercial space above. The unit table lists 146 shops. The plot faces a road on the east and green space on the west, with piazza areas on the north and south. The last progress entry visible in the mirror, from the early stage, reported just 1 percent of work done, so the project may be well behind the November 2026 end date. Netaji Subhash Place is a mature office and retail district with strong metro links, but it also has plenty of supply, so check leasing demand, the construction stage and any RERA extension before investing.
