Shipra Krishna Vista

Shipra Krishna Vista is a completed apartment society by the Shipra group in Ahinsa Khand 1, Indirapuram, in the same part of Ghaziabad as Shipra Mall and the group's other societies. Two property portals list it as ready to move and agree on the main flat types: 2 BHK homes of about 1,140 to 1,150 sq ft and 3 BHK homes of about 1,700 to 1,750 sq ft. One of the portals also shows a 5 BHK of roughly 5,000 sq ft, which no other source confirms. Square Yards gives the society as 320 flats on about 10 acres, and RealEstateIndia shows a possession date of May 2009, but neither figure appears in a second source, so they are not used as facts here. The project predates UP RERA and has no RERA registration; a RERA code shown on one portal is that portal's own agent registration, not a project number. Listed facilities include a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, jogging track, children's play area, lifts and power backup. The Ahinsa Khand 1 address keeps NH-24, the Noida Sector 62 offices and Indirapuram's shopping streets close at hand. Asking prices vary a lot between portals, so buyers should rely on recent registered sales in the society and check the conveyance deed and maintenance dues.
