Shipra Riviera is a large, ready-to-move housing society built by the Shipra group in Gyan Khand 3, in the southern part of Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Portal data describes about 1,314 apartments on a campus of roughly 16 acres, which would make it one of the bigger Shipra complexes in the area. Homes are 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats. One portal lists a compact 2 BHK of about 800 sq ft and a 3 BHK of about 1,375 sq ft, while individual resale listings show 2 BHK flats from about 800 sq ft up to around 1,378 sq ft, so the society appears to have several layout types. Being a completed project from before UP RERA, it has no RERA registration. Gyan Khand is a short drive from NH-24, with schools, markets, Shipra Mall and the Noida Sector 62 office area close by. Listings mention lifts, power backup, water storage, car parking and round-the-clock security.
