Silverglades Merchant Plaza

Merchant Plaza is a mixed commercial project by Silverglades Infrastructure on about 2.76 acres in Sector 88 of New Gurgaon, in the revenue estate of village Hayatpur. HARERA registered it in October 2017 as registration 340 of 2017, and the developer now presents it as ready to move.

The scheme blends three uses. The lower levels carry neighbourhood shops across the ground, first and second floors, office space is planned on the second floor, and the rest is given to studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom serviced apartments meant to be managed by a hospitality operator. Shared facilities listed by Silverglades include a pool, a gym and health club, a club house, a business centre and banquet space, with laundry and concierge services for the serviced units. The developer quotes prices from about Rs 56 lakh to Rs 1.18 crore.

Because serviced apartments in a commercial colony are not residential flats, buyers should check the land-use classification, the operator agreement and assured-return terms, and the occupation certificate status before booking or buying on resale.
