Olive Town is a plotted residential colony promoted by Soha Realty Pvt Ltd at Village Kheri Kalan, in Sector 98 of Greater Faridabad. The Haryana RERA portal shows registration HRERA-PKL-FBD-449-2023, with the registration certificate granted on 8 May 2023. An undertaking filed with RERA describes the site as a plotted development of 11.25 acres. Listing sites such as Ghar.tv and Nestoria repeat the registration number and give a possession target of March 2028, while naming the marketing brand as Soha Developers. Plot sizes and prices were not consistently published in the sources we read. Olive Town is distinct from Soha Olive Homes, the group's affordable apartment project in the same sector, and from Neal City, its earlier DDJAY plotted colony. Buyers should confirm the approved layout plan, the plot size schedule and the timeline for roads, sewer and power connections before booking, since services in the newer sectors are still being laid.
