Spaze Boulevard

Spaze Boulevard is an office building by Spaze Towers on Sohna Road in Sector 47, Gurugram. Spaze listed Boulevard among its commercial projects as far back as 2010. According to a broker listing, the building stands on about 2.14 acres and rises to ground plus eight floors over three basement levels of parking, with shops on the lower floors and offices from the second floor up. Office units of roughly 1,140 sq ft up to whole floors of about 24,000 sq ft are reported, and several are let to businesses at rents of about Rs 60 to Rs 71 per sq ft a month. No developer sale price is published; the broker's own estimate from a let unit works out to a little over Rs 11,000 per sq ft, which should be treated as a rough guide only. We did not find a Haryana RERA registration for the building, and the broker page says the building plan was revised in 2020, so the timing of its occupation certificate is not clear. Spaze Boulevard 2, a separate shop-cum-office project in the same sector, should not be confused with this building. Buyers should ask for the occupation certificate, the conveyance deed and the lease before committing.
