Spaze Edge

Spaze Edge is an operational retail and office complex developed by Spaze Group in Sector 47, on Sohna Road in Gurugram. It offers roughly 350,000 sq ft of commercial space, combining large-format retail on the lower levels with office floors above. In 2021 Spaze leased about 43,000 sq ft to the DMart grocery chain, which gave the centre a strong daily-needs anchor for the surrounding housing in Sectors 46 to 49. Office space in the towers is leased to small and mid-sized firms, and listings show furnished floors of a few thousand sq ft. The building was completed before RERA registration became the norm for such assets, and no registration number appears in sources reviewed. Its position near Subhash Chowk gives it good visibility on Sohna Road but also exposes it to the corridor's traffic. Investors looking at units here should review the existing lease, the anchor tenant's lock-in, maintenance charges and title documents.
