About Spaze iTech Park
Spaze iTech Park is an IT and office complex by Spaze Towers on Sohna Road, in Sector 49 of Gurugram. The campus covers about 10 acres and is built as two main towers: Tower A, with floors of about 45,000 sq ft, and the larger Tower B, with floors of about 85,000 sq ft. Listing pages say both towers were finished in 2011, which is before Haryana began registering real estate projects, so no RERA number applies. The office space was sold to many individual owners, and units now change hands on resale or are let to tenants, from small offices of a few hundred sq ft to large floor plates. A 2022 news report on a 10,000 sq ft letting to a software firm shows the park is in active use. One portal last updated in 2020 listed 834 to 987 sq ft offices at about Rs 62 lakh to Rs 79 lakh, and current rents are quoted at around Rs 50 to Rs 63 per sq ft a month plus maintenance. Because these figures come from brokers, buyers should check recent sale prices, the occupation certificate, the conveyance deed and any lease attached to a unit.
