Splendor Epitome

Splendor Epitome is a commercial development by Splendor Landbase in village Ullahawas, Sector 62, on Golf Course Extension Road. It covers 3.35 acres and was registered with HARERA Gurugram in March 2019 as an ongoing project. Splendor describes about 4.1 lakh square feet of built space in a ground-plus-twelve-storey scheme over two basements, designed by Design Forum Architects.

The ground and first floors are planned as high-street retail with plaza walkways, while the upper levels are offices. The plot is bounded by roads of 60 m, 24 m and 14 m width, which gives it frontage on three sides. The developer's most recent public update, from July 2024, reports that the twelfth-floor slab had been cast and that brickwork, plastering, fire-fighting, HVAC, lifts and glazing were in progress across Towers A, B and C. An environment clearance for an expansion of the commercial colony has also been notified.

The completion date filed in the project form was December 2023, so buyers should check the extended date, the latest quarterly progress report and the occupation certificate application before booking.
