TARC Trigun

TARC Trigun is a very low-density luxury project on Chhatarpur Road in south Delhi, registered with Delhi RERA as DLRERA2025P0013. It is developed by Fabulous Builders, a wholly owned subsidiary of TARC, and is registered as a commercial project because the homes are service apartments rather than ordinary group housing flats. The record describes 34 units on about 10,875 sq m of freehold land in the revenue estate of Village Shahoorpur, with a covered area of about 32,250 sq m, 547 parking spaces, a health club, party room, restaurant and a retail unit. The unit table shows four-bedroom apartments of about 471 sq m carpet each, roughly 5,070 sq ft, with two per floor. The project was approved in July 2023 and the end date is September 2030. Chhatarpur is known for farmhouses and is close to Mehrauli, Vasant Kunj and Gurugram. Buyers should understand what the service apartment label means for title, conversion charges, property tax and resale, since it differs from a normal residential registration. Prices were not found in the sources we checked.
