TARC Tripundra

TARC Tripundra is a group housing project at Kapashera in south-west Delhi, on the edge of the city close to Gurugram and the airport. It is developed by Echo Buildtech, a wholly owned subsidiary of TARC, and registered with Delhi RERA as DLRERA2022P0007. The registration describes 190 residential units, 40 EWS units, 40 CSP units and eight shops on a land parcel of 14 bigha 3 biswa in Khasra 8/26/2, Tehsil Vasant Vihar. The record was approved in January 2022 and has an end date of 31 May 2026, and the partial unit table shows three and four bedroom flats. Kapashera is a fast-changing area: it lies between Bijwasan, Samalka and the Gurugram border, with quick access to NH-48 and the Dwarka Expressway, which makes it attractive for people who work in Aerocity or Gurugram but prefer a Delhi address. We did not find current prices in the sources we checked. As the end date has passed, ask TARC for the latest RERA quarterly update, the occupancy certificate status and any extension before buying.
