Trident Residences Jangpura

Trident Residences is a low-rise luxury housing project at 8, 9 and 11 Link Road in Jangpura Extension, south Delhi, developed by BI Luxury Residences. It is registered with Delhi RERA as DLRERA2020P0005, approved in January 2020, with an end date of August 2023. The record lists a freehold plot of about 3,590 sq m, a covered area of about 7,040 sq m and 83 parking spaces, and its unit table shows a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes. It is one of very few registered group projects inside the older south Delhi colonies, where most new housing is built as independent builder floors on single plots. Jangpura Extension sits between Lajpat Nagar, Defence Colony and Nizamuddin, with the Pink and Violet Line metro close by, so demand for good new stock is high. The last progress entry in the record was made at the new launch stage and showed little work, so the current state of construction is unclear.
