Tulip Grand

Tulip Grand is a group housing project by Tulip Infratech Private Limited in Sector 35, Sonipat, on a site of about 15.055 acres. It is registered with HRERA Panchkula as HRERA-PKL-SNP-93-2019, with the registration certificate issued on 14 January 2019, and the portal shows 'extension applied' as its latest status. A listing portal puts the project at about 800 flats, with 2 BHK units of roughly 1,221 to 1,328 sq ft and 3 BHK units of roughly 1,576 to 1,758 sq ft, and shows asking prices from about Rs 68.99 lakh plus charges, or about Rs 5,650 per sq ft. The same portal lists the project as ready to move, while another listing still carries a 2012 possession date that predates the RERA registration and is clearly stale. Tulip Grand is one of the few large apartment projects in Sector 35, where most recent launches are plotted colonies. It should not be confused with Tulip City, the same group's affordable plotted colony in Sector 17. Buyers should ask for the occupation certificate for the specific tower and check the outcome of the extension application.
