Unitech Uniworld Gardens

Uniworld Gardens is a completed Unitech apartment community in Sector 47, along Sohna Road in Gurugram. Listings describe about 16 towers of 14 floors spread over roughly 13 acres, with much of the site kept open and landscaped. Homes are two and three bedroom flats aimed at families, and the project now trades almost entirely on the resale and rental market. Sources disagree on the number of units, with figures ranging from about 550 to around 900, so no total is given here. The neighbouring Uniworld Gardens 2 was a later phase by the same developer. Unlike several of Unitech's stalled projects, this phase was finished well before the company's troubles and before RERA, so there is no registration number. Sector 47 is one of the more established parts of Sohna Road, with Subhash Chowk, schools, hospitals and shopping such as Spaze Edge close by. Buyers should check the conveyance deed, the condition of older towers, lift and fire upgrades, and the society's maintenance dues.
