About Vatika Tranquil Heights
Tranquil Heights is a Vatika Ltd group housing project at Village Shikohpur, Sector 82A, inside the Vatika India Next township in New Gurgaon. Phase-I was registered with HRERA Gurugram as registration 359 of 2017, dated 17 November 2017, over about 22,646 sq m, and the portal lists it as approved with the certificate uploaded. A RERA complaint order records the registration as valid to 30 April 2021, and the development plan annexure set tower-wise occupancy certificate applications for January 2022. Since then, buyers have filed several complaints seeking possession or refunds with interest, and HRERA orders describe delayed handover as the core issue. A dated listing mentions six towers and 768 homes on about 13 acres, and some portals now call units ready to move, but we found no confirmed OC for each tower. A RERA mirror quotes listed prices of roughly Rs 1.1 crore to Rs 1.9 crore. Anyone buying resale here should insist on the tower OC, the possession letter and clearance of dues.
