Wave One

Wave One is a high-rise mixed-use building in Sector 18, Noida, developed by Wave One Private Limited, part of the Wave group. It combines two office towers, ground-level high street retail, a multiplex and many levels of podium parking. The contractor that built it describes 41 storeys including basements and podium levels, a height of about 179 m and two towers joined by bridge floors above level 32, with a built-up area of around 2.4 lakh sq m. The developer has advertised more than 7 lakh sq ft of office space. UP RERA lists the registration as WOPL-WONE, with 1,117 office units, 206 shops and blocks named Wave One and Wave Courtyard, on plots L2A and L2A1 measuring about 14,324 sq m. The project was announced in 2010 and the RERA mirror shows it as completed with a declared end date of December 2021; offices are already operating, including a flexible workspace centre. Its main draw is location, a short walk from the Sector 18 metro station in Noida's busiest retail district.
