World Trade Centre Nauroji Nagar

The World Trade Centre at Nauroji Nagar is NBCC's commercial redevelopment of an old government housing colony on Ring Road in south Delhi. Around 628 run-down quarters made way for about 34 lakh sq ft of office and retail space in 12 ten-storey towers on roughly 25 acres. The scheme is self-financing: money from selling the commercial space pays for new government housing in other colonies. The project is registered with Delhi RERA in three phases, DLRERA2022P0005 for Towers A to C, DLRERA2022P0006 for Towers D to F and DLRERA2022P0013 for Towers G to L plus retail Towers R1 and R2, with a combined parking count of about 8,080. NBCC sold the space on a freehold basis through open e-auctions, mostly to public sector buyers such as PFC, SPMCIL, SECI, GAIL and HDFC. In March 2024 it reported over 30 lakh sq ft sold for more than Rs 12,100 crore, and in August 2024 it said the remaining office inventory had been sold in its 27th auction. The first office, for the Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies, opened in January 2024. The buildings target a 3-star GRIHA rating. Space is now available only on resale or lease from owners.
