Where Central Faridabad is and how it is laid out

Central Faridabad is how ADiHomes groups the middle belt of the city's planned sectors. They sit between Old Faridabad and the stretch of Mathura Road near the Delhi border. Sectors in this belt include 11, 19, 21C, 23, 28, 30, 31 and 37, and the listings also cover Sectors 45, 49 and 63. 'Central Faridabad' is a portal grouping, not an official administrative zone, so check each project's exact sector and address.

Many of these sectors were planned by the state's urban development body, HSVP. Its published layout plans cover Sectors 19, 21A and B, 21C, 28 and 37. The stock is mixed: independent floors and plotted houses in older sectors, and group-housing flats elsewhere. Sector 19, for example, is described as a mature sector of kothis, builder floors and a few society flats. Newer high-rise sub-city development is mostly in Greater Faridabad (Sectors 66 to 89, beyond the Agra Canal), not here.

On ADiHomes as of October 2026, there are 14 live projects in Central Faridabad, and all 14 are ready to move. मेट्रो और रेल

The Delhi Metro Violet Line runs along Mathura Road. Going from Delhi towards Ballabhgarh, the Faridabad stations are Sector 28, Badkhal Mor, Old Faridabad, Neelam Chowk Ajronda, Bata Chowk and Escorts Mujesar. They are followed by Sant Surdas (Sihi) and Raja Nahar Singh (Ballabhgarh), the current terminus. The first six opened on 6 September 2015, and the last two opened on 19 November 2018.

Badkhal Mor sits in Sector 19, and Escorts Mujesar is in Sector 11. Sector 28 has its own station, and Bata Chowk serves Sector 12. Distances to the station vary by pocket, so measure the walking route from the exact project. I could not verify station distances for Sectors 30, 45, 49 or 63.

Faridabad railway station is in Sector 20A, on the Delhi–Mumbai main line and Delhi–Agra chord. It is linked with Old Faridabad metro station.

Roads and airports

Mathura Road is the main spine. The Delhi–Faridabad Skyway is a 4.4 km elevated road from Badarpur that ends at Sector 37. A single-journey toll for private cars was listed at Rs 35 as of March 2025, so check the current rate.

Noida International Airport at Jewar has had its commercial launch (listed as 15 June 2026). Reports disagree on the Faridabad road link to it. One Tribune report describes a new 31 km link from Ballabhgarh Sector 65 that cuts the trip to 15 to 20 minutes. Another source says the Jewar–Faridabad corridor is still under construction. Treat the journey time as unsettled. I could not verify the distance or time to Delhi's IGI Airport.

• स्कूल: Delhi Public School, Faridabad, is in Sector 19 on Mathura Road. I could not verify other school names or distances.
• अस्पताल: Fortis Escorts Hospital is on Neelam Bata Road in the NIT area. Sarvodaya Hospital and Metro Heart Institute are also listed among Faridabad's larger private hospitals. I could not verify their exact distances from each sector.
• खरीदारी: Vardhman Star Mall is near Badkal Chowk in Sector 19. Old Faridabad Market is roughly 2 km from Sector 19, per a locality guide. SRS Multiplex and Edleco Mall are by the Bata Chowk metro station.

पानी। This is the most documented issue. Bulk supply from Ranney wells on the Yamuna bed is handled by FMDA, and the Municipal Corporation distributes it. A Tribune report from an earlier year put supply at 270 to 300 million litres a day against demand of about 450. It said some areas relied on private tankers in summer. Older reports quoted residents of Sectors 10 and 11 about weak tubewell supply. Planned shutdowns also happen: FMDA announced a 36-hour Ranney well line shutdown from 23 April 2026, which listed Sectors 22 and 23 among the affected areas. Ask current residents about summer supply, and ask the society about borewells and storage.

बिजली। I found no reliable local data on outages. Ask for recent electricity bills and check the sanctioned load and meter type.

Approvals and litigation. I found no area-wide litigation or stalled-project report for Central Faridabad. That is not a clearance for any single project. For a flat, check the sanctioned building plan, the occupation or completion certificate, and the title chain. For a CGHS (cooperative group housing society), also check the society's registration and the transfer or membership paperwork. Check the Haryana RERA register for the project's status.

• Ballabhgarh–Palwal metro extension: Haryana approved the final feasibility report on 6 October 2026, and the detailed project report has gone to the Union housing ministry. One analysis notes this sets no construction start date or funding. It lies south of Central Faridabad.
• Gurugram–Faridabad–Noida–Greater Noida metro corridor: reported as under consideration, with Faridabad alignments finalised at state level. It is not approved or funded.
• Jewar–Faridabad elevated corridor (about 31 km): the Union Cabinet approved it in March 2026. One source expects it to link to the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway by April 2027, but treat that date as unconfirmed.

The area suits buyers who want an established, built-up part of the city with Violet Line access, and those who want a ready-to-move home. That includes commuters to Delhi and families who want existing markets and hospitals nearby. It is less suited to anyone wanting new-township layouts.

• Visit in summer or ask residents about water.
• Walk from the project to the metro station and note the actual time.
• Verify approvals, occupation certificate and RERA status.
• Check maintenance charges, parking and the society's dues.
