Square Yards says the sector is close to National Highway 19 (the old NH-2) and the Faridabad Bypass Road. For Shiv Sai Vatika Apartments it lists the bypass at about 1.4 km and IMT Faridabad at about 3 km. These distances are for that one project, not the whole sector.

The DND–Faridabad–KMP Expressway runs through Faridabad, with a junction near Sector 65. Wikipedia records that its final 9 km, from Mithapur to DND, opened on 23 August 2026. Check the exact entry and exit points before relying on it for a daily commute.

Square Yards puts Ballabhgarh locality only 2.3 km away. My own rough straight-line estimate from published coordinates is 2–3 km. Measure the actual road route yourself.

For major cases, people often travel further, for example to Amrita Hospital in Sector 88, a large tertiary hospital.

For shopping, Square Yards puts Parsvnath City Mall about 7.4 km from Shiv Sai Vatika. NoBroker also mentions SRS Mall. Day-to-day shopping is mostly local markets.
