99acres lists Dadri Road and the Greater Noida West link road as the main links for Surajpur. A broker's listing for Site C names the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and the Yamuna Expressway as the main expressways. Drive times change with traffic, so test your own commute at peak hours.

Metro and rail

The Aqua Line is the only Noida Metro line. It has 21 stations from Sector 51 to Depot and has run since 25 January 2019. No station is inside Site C. 99acres gives these approximate distances from a Surajpur reference point, not from every project:

• Noida Sector 145: about 5.2 km
• Alpha 1: about 5.7 km
• Delta 1: about 6.0 km
• Pari Chowk: about 6.2 km
• GNIDA Office: about 6.5 km

The same source puts Dadri railway station at about 6.4 km. Expect to use an auto, cab or your own vehicle for the first leg of a metro trip.

Airport

Noida International Airport at Jewar was inaugurated on 28 March 2026. Commercial flights began on 15 June 2026, with an IndiGo service from Lucknow. I could not find a sourced distance or drive time from Site C, so check this yourself.

Hospitals. 99acres lists these distances from Site C:

• Green City Hospital: about 5 km

Schools. Listings for Surajpur name Vishwa Bharti Public School, Grand City United Academy and SL International School. They also name smaller local schools such as J.S. Convent School, which is listed as CBSE up to Class 8. Distances are not published, so visit and check the board and classes offered.

Colleges. 99acres gives these distances from Site C:

• IEC College of Engineering and Technology: about 5.5 km
• Sharda University: about 7.2 km
• Amity University Greater Noida: about 9 km

Shopping. I could not verify a major mall close to Site C. Reviewers on 99acres mention markets within walking distance. They also mention parking problems and weak public transport. Wegmans Business Park is listed within about 3 km of Surajpur.

Civic matters to check

Authority. The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) plans and runs Greater Noida. Because the Site C name is also used for an UPSIDC industrial layout, ask each seller which body allotted the land. Ask for the allotment or lease papers and the completion or occupancy certificate.

Water. A Down To Earth report says groundwater in Bisrakh block, which covers much of Greater Noida, is classed as overexploited. A 2021 Hindustan Times report said the long-delayed Ganga water project for Greater Noida kept missing deadlines. I could not confirm its current status or whether it reaches Site C. Ask each society whether supply comes from the authority or from borewells, and how many hours a day.

Power. I found no reliable source on outages here. Ask residents and the maintenance office.

Litigation and stalled projects. I found no sourced, area-specific information. Check each project's registration on the UP RERA website and search court records under the builder's name. Reviews on 99acres for Surajpur mention poor roads and hygiene at times, so inspect the approach roads yourself.

Infrastructure underway or planned

• Noida International Airport, Jewar: Phase I opened to flights on 15 June 2026. Later phases are planned.
• Aqua Line extension, Sector 51 to Knowledge Park V: The UP cabinet approved the project in late 2024. It is 17.435 km long with 11 stations and is estimated at ₹2,991.60 crore. A later report said central government approval was still awaited. This route serves Noida and Greater Noida West, and I found nothing placing a station in Surajpur. I could not confirm the current status.
• Depot to Boraki metro corridor: A developer's blog describes it as approved or at tender stage, with a rail, bus and ISBT hub planned at Boraki. I could not confirm dates, so treat it as unconfirmed.

Who it suits and what to check before buying

This locality may suit people who work in the Surajpur industrial belt or elsewhere in Greater Noida and want a ready-to-move flat. It is less suited to anyone who needs a metro station within walking distance. Properties you can view now include Cosmos Shivalik Homes, Airwil Green Avenue, Oasis Venetia Heights and Dasnac Designarch e-Homes. The Dasnac listing says its location is still to be confirmed.

• Confirm the exact layout, the allotting authority and the title chain.
• Check RERA registration, the completion or occupancy certificate and any pending dues.
• Ask about water source, power backup, parking and maintenance charges.
• Visit on a weekday morning and in the evening to judge traffic and road condition.
• Time the real route to your work, school and the nearest metro station.
• Do not rely on future infrastructure that has no confirmed start date.
