The Cityscape Sector 66

The Cityscape is a commercial development on a licensed plot of about two acres in Sector 66, facing Golf Course Extension Road. It was first marketed by Capital Group as Capital City Scape: the original brochure describes ground and first-floor shops with tall ceilings, terrace dining on a higher level and a separate glass-fronted office block, with about 1.35 lakh sq ft of retail. Units were originally sold by Capital Skyscraper Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of the licence holder French Buildmart Pvt. Ltd. Hearing records from the Haryana regulator, seen in search results, say the subsidiary had registered with the interim authority in 2018 and sold 268 units, and that the licensee then sought registration in its own name and agreed to honour existing allotments. A listing portal gives the resulting registration as GGM/527/259/2022/02 and describes about 351 units. The listing also calls the building ready, while the older regulatory records describe it as ongoing, so the present state of construction is unclear. Anyone buying here, including resale, should check the registration certificate, the renewal of the DTCP licence, the occupation certificate and whether the licensee accepts their agreement.
