12th Avenue is a multi-phase mixed-use campus at 12/6 Delhi-Mathura Road, Sarai Khawaja, in Sector 27C, Faridabad, close to the Badarpur border and the Sarai metro station. Two Haryana RERA registrations cover it: RPS Infinia 12th Avenue Phase II and III, promoted by RPS Infrastructure Ltd, as HRERA-PKL-FBD-772-2025, approved on 9 October 2025; and 12th Avenue, promoted by 12th Avenues LLP, as HRERA-PKL-FBD-829-2026, approved on 9 January 2026. A June 2026 release described a 16.5-acre destination mixing offices, retail, residences and hospitality, and an architecture profile put the total at nearly 33 lakh sq ft over several phases, noting that the site was first planned as an IT park. Resale listings show office units of about 750 to 1,100 sq ft. The RPS Group's earlier office projects on Mathura Road include Infinia and Oxypark.
