Bhumika The Icon

The Icon is a mixed-use development by the Bhumika Group, a mall developer from Rajasthan, at Mewla Maharajpur in Sector 27A, Faridabad, fronting the Delhi-Mathura Road (NH-19) between the NHPC and Sector 28 metro stations. A Haryana RERA application was filed by Bhumika Shopping Centre India Pvt Ltd on 1 October 2025 (project id RERA-PKL-PROJ-1835-2025), and listing sites give the registration as HRERA-PKL-FBD-793-2025. Launch coverage in December 2025 described a site of about 5 acres combining high-street retail with 88 low-density residences in a 3 BHK plus study format, an investment of around Rs 700 crore and retail pre-leasing of about one lakh sq ft to brands including Lifestyle and PVR INOX. Houssed lists the homes at roughly Rs 3.5 to 4.9 crore with possession targeted for March 2030. Bhumika had earlier tied up with the Amolik Group for a high-street project on a 5-acre Mathura Road parcel, which is likely the same land, though sources differ on the sector. Buyers should verify the registration number and the residential carpet areas on the HRERA portal.
