Samsara Avasa is a low-rise independent floors phase by Adani Brahma Synergy Pvt. Ltd., the Adani Realty joint venture that is building the Samsara community within Brahma City on Golf Course Extension Road. HRERA Gurugram registered it as 123 of 2022 on 20 December 2022. The filing covers 17 plots in Block L of Brahma City in Sector 63, with four residential floors to be built on each plot, which adds up to 68 homes. Hearing briefs record a declared completion date of 30 December 2026, and a broker listing also points to possession around December 2026, so this phase should be in its final stage of construction now. As with other Samsara phases, each floor is a separate home with its own entrance level, which suits buyers who prefer the privacy of a floor-plate home inside a managed community. Sizes and prices were not available from reliable sources. Buyers should check the construction status of the specific plot, the occupation certificate timeline and the transfer terms if buying from an existing allottee, and keep it distinct from Samsara Vilasa, Arya and Ivana, which are separate registrations.
