Adore Happy Homes is the original Happy Homes affordable housing project of Adore Realtech Private Limited at Village Budena, Sector 86, Greater Faridabad. A chartered accountant's certificate on the Haryana RERA site cites RERA registration 151 of 2017 dated 28 August 2017 for a 5-acre site and reports internal roads, water supply, drainage and electricity work as complete at 30 September 2024. In late 2024 Adore filed the project again on the HRERA portal (RERA-PKL-PROJ-1557-2024) and 2025 hearings dealt with merging this filing with the 2017 registration and correcting the Form A-H; the portal now shows it approved with the certificate uploaded. Listing portals describe 2 and 3 BHK flats of about 475 to 650 sq ft carpet area, shown as ready to move. It sits beside Adore's Happy Homes Exclusive and Exclusive Phase 2 and the newer Prosperity Homes.
